Oxidized Polyethylene Wax
Oxidized polyethylene wax offers low viscosity, a high softening point, and excellent hardness. It is non-toxic, thermally stable, and exhibits low volatility. It disperses fillers and pigments effectively, providing both external lubrication and strong internal lubrication. Additionally, it acts as a coupling agent, improving plastic processing efficiency, reducing costs, and demonstrates good compatibility with polyolefin resin. It is moisture-resistant at normal temperatures, has strong chemical resistance, and enhances the appearance of finished products.
Applications:
- Used in concentrated masterbatch, polypropylene masterbatch, additive masterbatch, and filler masterbatch or fillers as a dispersing agent, lubricant, brightener, and coupling agent.
- Applied in rubber and plastic processing as a lubricant, remover, and solvent. It is compatible with EVA wax and various rubbers, enhancing resin flow, reducing power consumption, preventing resin adhesion to molds, and providing both internal and external lubrication. It also has good antistatic properties.
- Used in ink dispersants and liniments, as a hot sol viscosity regulator, in shoe polish, floor wax, car wax, cosmetics, matches wax rods, printing ink wear-resisting agents, ceramics, precision casting, oil absorbents, sealing daubs, Chinese medicine wax pills, hot melt adhesives, paint and coating flatting agents, cable feed additives, oil well paraffin removers, crayons, carbon paper, waxed paper, inkpads, photographic materials, textile softeners, matrix electronics sealants, transistor packaging agents, rubber processing aids, car bottom oils, dental materials, steel rust inhibitors, and more.
