PE Wax for Color Master Batch
Our specialized wax series is primarily used in the production and processing of functional masterbatch, drawing masterbatch, color masterbatch, and transparent masterbatch. Here are the key characteristics:
Improved Pigment Dispersion: Adding polyethylene wax to the color masterbatch enhances pigment dispersion. It helps wet the pigment, accelerates wetting between the carrier resin and pigment, increases affinity between them, improves compatibility, and enhances pigment dispersion.
Reduced Viscosity and Improved Flowability: The low viscosity of our wax ensures good compatibility with paints. It reduces viscosity and improves flowability during processing, enhancing production efficiency and increasing output.
